Alicia Feinstadt
Onboarding Specialist @Moz
Born and raised in Vancouver, I grew up spending most of my time training as a dancer and enjoying all the natural beauty B.C. has to offer. I love working in customer success where I have the opportunity to build relationships and support others towards achieving growth and their goals. Outside of work you can find me practicing yoga, researching where to travel to next, listening to an array of music from jazz to old school hip hop and experimenting with new recipes.
Maddie Shears
Onboarding Specialist @Moz
I've been a team member at Moz for over 9 months as an Onboarding Specialist. I love working in a team environment focusing on customers happiness and success. Having the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world who have such a vast variety of jobs is one of the things that makes working as an Onboarding Specialist so exciting. Even more, being able to help business' with their SEO journey, no matter what stage they are at, showcasing the Moz Pro tools and helping customers to achieve their goals within the SEO world. Originally from New Zealand, I moved to Canada in 2019 due to my love of the Pacific North West. After a summer living in interior BC, I made the move to Vancouver & found myself at Moz! When I'm not at work you can usually find me cycling either on the road or trails or scrambling up the side of mountains - of which there are plenty here! I love food and cooking so I can often be heard clattering around in the kitchen.
